In February 2016, the Post Graduate and Research Department of Economics,<br/>Muthurangam Government Arts College (Autonomous), Vellore, organized<br/>two day national seminar on 'Economic Growth and Social Inequalities'.<br/>This national seminar has a special significance because it was organized to celebrate the Golden Jubilee year of the college and economics department, which is a founding department of the college.
