Summary: This is a 208-page MS (Second copy) under the title “Untouchables or The Children of India’s Ghetto”. The whole MS forms an independent book by itself. Slight modifications had to be made in the arrangement of the chapters to bring them in conformity with that of ‘Table of Contents’.
