About Author : Sh. P.C. Dogra, is an IPS officer who also served as Emergency Commissioned officer in the Indian army. He fought in the Indo-Pak war of 1965. He joined Indian Police service after his release from the army and retired as Director General of Police of the state of Punjab. He worked in various capacities in the state and in the Government of India.
