He attained his PhD on the topic “Impact of HR Practices Identified as High-performance Work Systems on Operational and Financial Performance of a Firm” from ICFAI University in 2012. He has published several research papers, articles, and case studies in peer-reviewed national and international journals and presented his works in academic conferences.
